Additional Terms:
– Available in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk and Manatee Counties
– If we procure the buyer, we will reduce total commission owed by 1% of the purchase price
– We suggest that you get a pre-listing appraisal. If you choose to, we will credit half the cost of it back to you at closing. Initial listing price to be within 5-7% of appraised value.
– If you use us to sell your home and also use us to buy your next home, we will apply a discount to your listing fee
