- $500 Fee for Tenant Placement due at Lease Signing
- $150 Fee for Tenant Renewals
- 9% per month of the Rental Fee with a Minimum charge of $125 per unit
While comparing us to the competition, you’ll most likely notice that they typically charge a full month’s rent for tenant placement and a minimum of a 10% monthly fee. With that information, we believe you’ll quickly see how our model makes more sense for your bottom line.
Furthermore, if you’re looking for tenant placement à la carte, we do offer that as a stand alone service for a fee of one month’s rent.
