**You must offer a buyer’s agent commission to place your home in the MLS. If a buyer’s agent is involved, this is the % of the sale price paid to them at closing. If there’s no buyer’s agent involved, you’ll avoid this expense. (minimum required of 2.5%, but we recommend at least 3% to be competitive in the market place)

  • You’ll need to have your pictures ready & labeled in the order that you want them to appear: 1.jpg, 2.jpg, etc.
  • You’ll need to have your public description ready (1500 character max)
